remixed top plates for estlcam controller

the design as good as it is, was overly complicated, and i didnt have any flush screws to hide underneath the top panel.

I use a 0.6nozzle, and the text and symbols were far too small to print with, so i redesigned the texts.

This is a thicker white panel (for LED to shine through), and a thin top plate with screw holes all the way through.
