This items allows one to make an aerosol a remote device : you put the aerosol in the 3D part, you put the part on the top of a stick (or a swimming pole). And you put a string on the lever.
With one hand on the pole, the other on the string, you pull the string which triggers the aerosol.
You can use this to destroy a Hornets Nest in a safest manner than using a ladder
