Repait kit for teepee

one of the rods from my son's teepee broke (an nobody knows why...). The rods material is very light wood and where the diameter get's smaller to fit the jointing sleeve it is like a predetermined breaking point for non axial forces.

To repai he rod with increasing it mechanical strengh I designed a sleeve to engange an positive connection. To avoid the next damage another smaller sleeve should prevent this for the other rods.
