This is a simple replacement “foot” for an Amazon Basics suitcase. It was intended and used for one of the large suitcases (not a carry-on). It was based upon the excellent Samsonite suitcase foot by Omri_Makes. I adjusted the dimensions of that model to make it longer, wider, and shorter, and also narrowed the screw holes a bit, so it would fit the Amazon Basics suitcase better. I printed in TPU 95, and recommend something similar. I suspect a very hard plastic would break more easily. I just recently modeled this, printed and installed it. So I don't have a lot of usage history, and can't speak to durability. But it fits well and tightly. It is low risk for 50 cents worth of filament. In order to get at the screw heads, I had to unzip the inner suitcase liner, and remove a bit of foam tape. Then I used a phillips head screwdriver, with the existing screws, to attach the new foot. It takes a bit of force to screw into the foot. But that is what holds it tightly. Good luck!
