UPDATE: Added more support to the ceiling wall of the gear for added strength. (PETG) test trial failed at this point connected to the teeth. Steel sprocket survived initial test! Recommend using Nylon or at the very least ABS.ADDED: Sprocket press piece, This piece can be used when pressing in the steel sprocket to prevent the walls surrounding the sprocket from "blow out" when heating and pressing into the gear.NOTE: This is a prototype and is under constant revision and improvement.
