Replacement Knob for Anova ASVPIPE-01

The knob on my old Anova Sous Vide cooker literally broke apart in my hands. The plastic they used on these seems to brittle over time.

This knob is a tight fit onto the shaft, i used a vice to press it in but no glue is needed in that case. Works excellent, but be careful the rest of the arms is made of the same plastic so I am only looking to get another year out of this.

Did not need any support to print this out.
