Replacement Outxe fan mount (betterized)

Replacement positioner for the otherwise admittedly decent camping fan/light. I betterized it by just increasing the thickness of the original part.

This was inspired by my child that needs a fan to sleep at night but doesn't understand the meaning of the word 'fragile'.
