Replacement Wheels for SmartStore Bedroller

Our wheels for the SmartStore Bedroller kept on breaking, so I made a new one. The wheel prints in 3 parts without support. I made them to fit snuggly together with a snap fit to eliminate the need for glue. On the first picture you can see how the part originally looked vs the one I made. I made it as similar as possible but optimized it for 3D printing. You print 2x the wheel and one hex part for every wheel you want to print. I printed in PLA with 0.6 nozzle, 0.3 layer height, 25% infill.
