Replicator 2/2X DuetWifi Simplify3D Profiles

This thing includes the Simplify3D Slicer profiles I have created for my Replicator2X.
So far they are working very well for ABS but I'm sure that further improvements are possible. PLA and flex updates will be added as soon as I find the time.
