Replicator 2 Active Cooling Fan Mount

Remix of LKM's Replicator 2 Flexion Extruder Fan Mount.

This is the plastic piece everything else hangs on.

Never liked the original Makerbot Active Cooling Fan Mount, as it was flimsy and tended to fail if the duct accidentally collided with a print, or just from being relentlessly pulled on by the filament guide tube and wiring harness...

After patching mine up several times, saw LKM's, liked the design and access holes for the 2 stock screws, and decided to make it even stronger.

Tweaked the mount so it also attaches with both short stock screws into the aluminum mount bar, and added a third attach point by integrating the left cooling fan stand off. Also provided a capture for the cooling fan wires. Had some fun making the swept surfaces and additional gussets for a much more robust mount.

T5, because it took 5 trial makes til happy with the final fit and finish.
