ReplicatorG profiles for Sailfish

These are my updated profiles for printing with the Replicator 2 using the latest release of ReplicatorG 40 (r16) and Sailfish.

Improvements include:

- A 5D pre-prime sequence with slow wipe
- 100 micron profile with 200 micron first layer
- Improved dwindle setting to reduce stringing
- 340 micro zero fill profile for printing stretchlet bracelets
- Material profiles match - use PLA for PLA and ABS for ABS, the only difference is the packing density
- An improved zipper
