This simple support attaches between a larger end-stop and to the mount holes for Requiem. I mocked this up after breaking my original end-stop on my Tanantala and needed to install a larger one which didn't fit.
The hole positions are based on a SS_5GL Omron microswitch - this is the same as many other popular ones sold also known as Kossel Limit Switches Endstop.
The STL is for the right-sided support but you can simply mirror the axis in your slicer to get a left sided one.
Use 2 x M2 8mm screws to attach the micro-switch,
The pointy ends that go into Requiem just need a little force as they have a tapered shape.
This was the Requiem hot-end mount I based this on: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2096175
