This is a simple print to use if you happened to print with your nozzle too close to the bed.
It is a 1mm height, 200x200mm piece with the sole purpose of getting filament stuck to your print surface off of it.
Simply print this over top of the stuck first layer you can't peel off and it will (hopefully) adhere to it and remove it when you remove this print.
Like I said the default size is 200x200 x and y so re-scale your x and y in your slicer as needed.
