Respirator

The whole Europe is out of the respirator so I decided to help in this case by designing one. This one is easy to print by 3D technic. First you print the mask and then you will be able to create the right fitment to your face with some post-processing. The belowed mask was designed for a male – adult (the female version is coming soon). If you didn´t have an access to a 3D-printer then you can find some friend with an access or a company nearby you, where they will happy to do it for you.

II. Bill of material
Bom:
1. mask (3D-printed, Material: PETG)
2. filter cover (3D-printed, Material: PETG or PLA)
3. fastening cord ( diameter: = 1,5mm < 2,9mm, Material: any kind of elastomeric material, or rubber like thermoplastic)
III. Necessary tools and materials
Tools you´ll need:

1. FFF/ FDM 3D Printer
2. Heat gun
3. Post- processing tools (sandpaper, scalpel, ectr)

Materials you´ll need:

1. PETG filament, circa 80 gram(diameter 1,85 or 2,85 depends on your 3D printer)
