Retaining (Snap) Ring Pliers

I have 2 versions here - basically a large and a small.
The small was the first attempt which is a direct measurement and replica of an actual snap ring plier. I needed to use supports for both the R & L handles and did not like the difficulty of removing them. The pin for these just slips through the rotation hole and I lightly heated a piece of metal and then pushed lightly on the opposite side creating a small mushroom/roll-over. That held they pliers nicely together.
The large, now my standard, is not as pretty, but allows a quicker print with beefier handles and requires no supports. I also created a 2-part pin, which they snap into each other and should lock in place. This plier was made specifically for a washing machine rubber boot spring retention feature to be removed.
