Retention plate for hygrometer / Python AMS encl.

Over at printables, there are a couple remixes to insert a hygrometer into “enclosure cutout seal front”. But they rely on friction to remain in place in the enclosure wall, and I wasn't comfortable with that. I remixed “enclosure cutout seal rear” to hold the hygrometer in place.
