Retraction test four_square_cons_small_ver

smaller version of four_square_cons.

1. reduce height to half, other ratios are same as original
a. remove bottom 1/4 part to reduce testing time
b. remove top 1/4 part for cura user(cura not allow retraction in very thin area)
c. add frame for robust base
2. reduce base to 0.2 mm for fast testing
3. estimation time is ~6 mins with 0.2 mm layer height
4. mark direction to compare samples with same direction
