RetroTINK-2X Case Multi-Material

Started with the fantastic design by Greg Collins (collingall) and modified it for multi-material printers, modified the layout for the latest firmware, and changed it to use screws from the bottom only. It is designed for these screws: https://www.mcmaster.com/96068a153
I changed the text and lines on the top of the case to be more friendly to the non-AV nerds (like me), who might be more familiar with the term "Composite" than "CVBS".
This case is designed for the NEW firmware (as of April 2019) from Mike Chi which has 6 input modes instead of 3. This complicated the case design slightly, since different combinations of the 3 LEDs mean different things.
If the first two LEDs are lit, for example, this means that RetroTINK-2X is in PAL60 mode for the S-Video input. To indicate this on the case, I have a small arrow pointing from the left LED to the line that goes to the S-Video text and port. I explain "PAL60" on the bottom of the case for anyone who might not be familiar
