Return to Castle Wolfenstein logo

In my make its sized for 1.5" belts, the buckle itself is just over 2" at the tallest point and 3.5" wide.



Found the logo in good resolution online, adapted the outline of a shield for the backing and frame using an image editor.

Converted the image to svg format and imported it to Tinkercad for proper sizing.

Printed it out on a diy i3 clone kit.

Bent and cut 4mm steel rod for the buckle hardware.

Cut slots in the back of the print to recess the hardware.

Molded it using oil sand and cast it in pewter.

Cleaned up the sprue and a little bit of flashing.

Sprayed the front black and sanded it down to bring the logo/frame back out.
