The mask is designed around the concept CPAP mask and is reusable as the plastic portion can be sanitized and it has a replaceable filter in the front. The filter can be made out of any breathable material (I used coffee filters for mine) and is held in place by a rubber band. Once its snapped on you can just trim off the extra with scissors. The straps can be anything that will hold it to your head, I just used string. It fits me rather comfortably, and I would assume it would fit most if its adjusted right. I don’t know if it would work well for some one who wears glasses.
