Remixed from Bambu Lab official site (https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/knowledge-sharing/bambu-reusable-spool). mk2 is the wheel radious pattern version. mk3 is the curved organic pattern version. One reusable spool is made of two pieces, N (narrow) and W (wide). On a Bambu Lab X1, they must be done in two separate prints, about 150 grams and 3.5 hours total.
