Reusable Zip Tie

Thank you to Nizzine being the source (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4665955).

I modified the hook end slightly and added a second anchoring hole to the original zip tie design to facilitate occasions where a second loop around cables is necessary for a tidy look. This avoids having a tail hanging out.

I included 2 files. A long and a short tie. I hope you find them useful.

- There were comments about the zip tie being too wide. I agree after using my own. :-) I've attached narrowed ones named v1.3. So far it's been nicer and it works.
