To be mounted on the upper corners of the frame. Run PTFE tubing flush to the filament sensor (if that's your preference) from the adjustable arm. Run PTFE through the mount body if you like or have a separate PTFE tube running down as far as you like.
Capricorn tubing has low friction and gives my filament the right amount of feed. You may prefer something else, but other brands didn't work as well for me.
Adjustable arm should be secured to the top-right of the mount with M3 screw, washers, and nut.

It should not be secured via M5 screws at the top of the frame.
