Some days ago I was offered the short on Youtube (spoiler)

The goal is, to remove the linked rope from the spiral and vice versa, without deforming the spiral, disassembling the ring, or loosen the knots of the rope at the spheres!

For the default size You'll need a 4mm rope with at least 23cm length between the spheres, and a key ring with 25mm outer diameter. But these dimensions aren't really critical and You can also try different sizes.
