revised 6mm paint handle

I designed this thing as a replacement to my other paint handle, as it kept popping out of my spring loaded holder. This one should stay put. I have added a "pit" under where the models sit, to allow poster-tack to hold the models in a little easier. My first design is still ok if your just poster-tacking it to a cork.
