Revised Filament Bracket for Ender 5 Plus DD

Reworked the filament tube holder for the Ender 5 Plus with direct drive. This replaces the the extruder in its original position.

It can be mounted to the existing plate in place of the extruder, or can mount directly to the side of the printer using the t-nuts from the original mounting plate. (This does not provide for mounting the filament out sensor. I found it hard to get filament through and not useful as I use OctoPrint which ignores it.)

Modified from the previous model:
- bottom opening reduced slightly to prevent the PTFE tube from slipping through and out the bottom of the holder
- bolt holes enlarged to allow direct mounting using the t-nuts and bolts from the original plate if desired
