Four minor revisions to Ben Rockhold's Extended Raspberry Pi + Adafruit LCD Case:
1. Enlarged USB port for easier cable connection. (bottom half)
2. Added standoffs for screw mounts in RPi Model B. (bottom half)
3. Increased clearance for connector at right side of LCD. (top half)
4. Increased clearance for integrated circuit at left of buttons. (top half)
The `camsocket` alternate top includes a hole I can use to mount my Raspberry Pi's camera in.
