This started off as the original design of the Printer Carriage for the Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro-C Duel Extruder Printer. The original design did not work properly. I then went thru a bunch of designs and configurations looking for something that worked. At a couple of times I thought that I had a good design before discovering one serious flaw or another.
I finally reworked the Geeetech original design one last time and made it work. I settled on this reworked version as the final design. It uses 2 of the LM8LUU bearings. It has the end-stop contact area extended and raised for better contact with the end-stop switch. (One of the problems that I was having was that one of the filament release levers on one of the duel extruders was hitting one of the z-bars before the printer carriage made firm contact with the end-stop switch. You may not be having this problem if you have a single extruder.)
You will have to make adjustments in your software for this.
