reynolds 94 cap

I am a pen spinner in Canada, but I don't have access to many parts. That is why I've designed a Reynolds 94 cap for pen spinners with 3d printers to use. This model is not perfect and still needs tuning up, but will do as a replacement in mods like Waterfall and Flying panda.
