RF-30 Spindle Quick Change Knob

Once I started using my [basic draw nut wrench](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2745777) along with [spectre03cobra](https://www.thingiverse.com/spectre03cobra)'s spindle wrench I immediately thought there must be a better way to do this. Why go through the 5 seconds worth of effort to flip open the top when there's that hole there that you can go through? My next thought was "I'm definitely going to get distracted and leave a wrench connected to the draw nut sticking out of the cover, turn the mill on, and accidentally kill myself"...so, I made this nested round knob which does the same job with a much lower likelihood of killing me if I leave it on the spindle/nut and turn on the machine.
