Rhombi Connect

Rhombi connect is designed to work with plastic cake pop sticks. You can get a package of 25 for around $1. I cut the sticks down to the size I need with a pair of wire cutters although you could probably use an old pair of scissors you may need to hit the cut end with some light sandpaper to remove any sharp bits. The diameter of the cake pop stick I have measure from around 3.8mm to a little over 4mm so I designed the holes in the connectors to be 4.2mm to allow for some shrinkage.
I'm using PLA with a 10% infill and a raft. You may be able to get away without using a raft but I had some of them come lose from the print bed with out one. And of course these are not meant for small children that might put things in their mouth.
