right prism and pattern

I wanted to show my students properties of the right prism and its pattern, so I decided to create an hinged one.
But as I'm a newbie, I didn't find a solution to have a perfect assembly for both position, solid and pattern.
Still I think it can help students anyway.
I used iron wire inside the 2mm holes of cylinders for hinges.
I soneone has a better solution, I want it !
I designed sorts of clips to maintain prism in solid position, maybe a little tight, see witch parameters are best for you.
