Double sided sticky tape must be added to the back and trimmed. Foam kind is more reliable on surfaces that are not perfectly flat. After applied on surface it shouldn't be heavily loaded for at least 1-2 hour for proper adhesion.

Can carry a 1.5 kg load for 24 hours on smooth surfaces.
