Rigid Adjustable Bed Leveling Kit Tevo Tornado

Made for Tevo Tornado to eliminate X-Y bed wobble and still allow a faster way to level the bed. With some minor modifications it could work with any bed leveling bolts.

This is an adjustable bed leveling kit. The function of the spring is no longer spacing. It becomes a lifting tension spring to maintain a + pressure on the bed to prevent the bed dropping when raising and lowering. Only enough tension is needed to keep the bed lifted.

You will need 8 x m5 nuts to print in place. They are fairly standard but some nuts may differ depending on manufacturer. You can scale X-Y and Z to get a good fit. Try printing a single open locking nut until you get a good fit.

After printing and assembling:
1) Remove the bed leveling bolt, nut, and spring.
2) Insert bolt threw bed
3) Secure with locking nut (note the counter sink for the stock spring)
4) Install spring seating it in grove on locking nut.
5) Install adjusting wheel
