Rigid anti backlash nut maker

The anti-backlash nut that comes with chinese CNC milling machines may be useless due to its weak spring.

If the spring is weak, it can cause inconveniences such as the head moving just by pushing with finger.

In such a case, this rigid anti backlash nut maker can be inserted in place of the spring of the anti-backlash nut to adjust it so that there is no rattling.

Use a screw to push the M3 nut deeper into the hole.

I uses this on a CNC1419 and getting very good results for now.
