Rigid handcuff remix 2.0

This is a remix of stonemore’s hinged handcuffs.But these are rigid, so then you can have more control over your suspect's :). the 2.0 allows for more grip on the handcuff. the cuffs also have has a hole where you can add chains for prisoner transport💀💀💀💀
