rigid latch

This is the latch for a 5 gallon Rigid Wet Dry Vac. The original (https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/rigid-shop-vacuum-shopvac-drum-latch/makes) was way too small so I scaled it up to the right size, it works great!
