Ring - Cat Ears (cut)

Remix of [Bogdan87's](https://www.thingiverse.com/bogdan87) ring with cat ears that has been cut in the middle as a safety measure for public handouts. The default model should print with approx. 19mm inner diameter, so scale if necessary.
