This puzzle is called 'RIP', for Rotating Interlocking Plates. It will require 2+ rotations and 25+ moves to fully solve...

There is only 1 solvable orientation, so the color of the pieces does not matter. The completed orientation is shown in the build photo. However, there is still the problem of getting the pieces into that location.

I printed off the 0.12 offset pieces and that worked well for me. However, there is are tighter (.07) and looser (.16) options.
