Rival Meat Slicer Replacement Screw

For episode 2 of my neighbors have found out I have a 3D printer so now just drop off random broken things: This is a quick basic screw to hold on the blade of the pictured Rival meat slicer. No idea what model it is. It is an M20x2.5 left hand thread. Although this isn't food safe anyway I used Spectrum PCTG for the main replacement but also printed them a Prusament PC Blend spare if it doesn't hold up. Printed solid for strength. I prefer the thumbscrew but the slot maybe has less places for food to get into.
