RoboCup Insert R04

This is a modified version of Eugland's excellent RoboCup Caddy design. It's obvious there was a lot of thought put into the original version. A few revisions I made include:

- adjusted wall thickness where applicable
- added fillets where possible to increase rigidity
- added additional support
- expanded phone compartment by 4.5mm
- redesigned phone compartment bottom to minimize the need for supports
- increased size of 2nd pen holder position to match 1st position
- redesigned pen holders to be conical holes on the interior to minimize filament sag during print

Admittedly, I used a very heavy infill but I'm not that concerned about weight. I believe it would do just fine with a lower percentage.
