You need:
A Wooden Board
8mm Rubber Band
Some wooden skewers
Some Balloons
Super Glue
Put it all together and have fun killin it
Put the knot of the balloon in the hole of the body by pulling the gum apart und down to the body, after that, straighten up the balloon to the top of the body.
