Most of 3D printed prosthetic hand allow just one movement : Grasping.
Using the previous work of Lukas Gratwohl, who did a mechanical 3d printed prosthetic hand, this version now allows a switch between grasping and pinching, both movement we use daily.
The same prosthetic can be used to hold a bottle of water or a key :
We move forward into the improvement of cheap, efficient and 3d printed prosthetic hand.
None of this would have been possible without the help of the CVAP department of KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and my tutor in this department, Christian Smith.
