I had a lamp cable lying around and wanted to do something with it. One of my sons wanted a rocket for his room. So after searching Thingiverse I found Toy rocket by JJBTEXAS .
That rocket was the inspiration for my own design. The design is suitable for an E14 socket and using a low power led bulb.
The lamp is made of two parts a nozzle (base) and a body (shade). The two parts are joined by a thread. Note that the screw connection is quite snug at first, but a series of progressive tightenings and loosening of the two parts will remove the "snugness" and leave nice but firm and easy fitting parts. This is a bit hard at the first try, it will require a firm force (not violent) and proceed by small increments -tighten-loosen-tighten-loosen until the parts are screwed together.
During testing I found that the parts can be printed with and without support. Both come with pros and cons.
Without support you risk the obvious by with not getting a complete and firm build in th
