This object has been drawn and printed bystudents aged 14 - 15 of Kirkby Stephen Grammar School.
The activity has been carried out within the Erasmus+ Project PRINT STEM www.printstemproject.eu and co-funded by the Italian National Agency INDIRE.
This Rocket Nose Cone has been designed to fit with the Rocket Base. Once the cone and base have been printed a piece of A4 paper can be wrapped around a mandrel of just under 30mm. This can then be attatched to the cone and base. A standard rocket motor can then be fitted and away you go. The cone may need a weight to ensure it doesn't spiral out of control.
