Rod Mitre Box v2

This is version 2 of my rod mitre box.

I wanted to be able to use a hacksaw to cut soft steel rod with both hands, so I modified my previous design with the following enhancements:

* Height of miter box reduced to base thickness + diameter so you can use a clamp to hold the rod in place.
* Either side of the notch is raised by to guide your saw.
* The notch has been recessed 1mm into the base to allow you to cut all the way through the rod.
* You can specify wall and base thickness separately.
* There are three screw holes distributed along the base so you can affix it to a scrap piece of work/workbench/whatever. This, along with a clamp on the rod, will allow you to use both hands on your saw. You can disable this by setting screw diameter to 0.
* You can specify a horizontal clearance to allow you to more easily use this tool
