Rode Smartlav Plus Enclosure

RØDE SmartLavPlus Microphone enclosure.

I printed this to isolate my lavalier from as much wind noise as possible. This was designed for the Rode Smartlav Plus mic and it simply pushes into position. I packed the inside of the enclosure with acoustic foam and put a layer on the top of it to cover the 3 holes. Once you have it all together with foam in place, add a dead cat. I then stuck some velcro to the back of it, so it could be attached or removed easily.

Added an empty base so that you could fill it with acoustic foam and just push your mic into it. This would make it a little more flexible and not limit it to the Rode mic. I also added a cut-out in the cable exit hole so that you can easily route the cable.
