No glue required, the usb c hole may need to be refitted for your own dock or cable.
The pictures shown are without finishing or much cleanup work, using cheap PLA.
I used felt on the interior of the faceplate and some rubber feet at the bottom.
The arm moves 90 degrees in addition to vertically.
