A "base" that permits to turn upside down most of Nivea Roll-On deodorant, to finish completly your product, and make -pretty negligible- savings. But it's a mostly ecological action : instead of throwing away the rest of the deodorant that took a lot of energy and chemicals to make and to waste this because the bottle can't be turned upside down, you can use it.
