The car wheels are intended to be attached using a cut paper clip, fit into the small hole in the wheel, and superglued. Then fit paper clip through chassis holes in car base and repeat fitting/gluing steps for opposite wheel. Do these steps for the other pair of wheels as well. If assembled correctly, car should work as a rollable toy.
